Personal Assistant

Our Client, a diversified Group of Companies is currently seeking to recruit a committed individual for the post of Personal Assistant with one of their fast growing companies to provide support to the Area Manager.

Personal Assistant.

You will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department. In addition to the administrative support provided to the Area Manager, you will also be responsible for diary management, organising and attending meetings, briefing the manager prior to the meetings and preparing required documents and presentations, taking minutes as well as coordinating with clients, suppliers and other staff.

This role requires a dedicated and hardworking individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to work coupled with excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask is important for this position.
