Office Administrator
Thursday, May 8, 2008Our client, is a dynamic organisation providing lab equipment and supplies to pharmaceutical companies with a sound portfolio of clients. Due to a consistent growth they are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated office administrator to support their operations.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the office ensuring the smooth running of operations. Your duties will include liaising with clients, on-site visits, assisting the directors, basic accounting transactions as well as co-ordinating and implementing office procedures.
You will be a self motivated individual who works on own initiative under minimal supervision with a hands on and customer focus approach to work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a strong working knowledge of MSOffice applications is essential.
