Drilling Manager - Libya

Our client is a service driven company focusing on the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. Their services range from maintenance and facility management to infrastructural planning and design. They are currently seeking the services of a Drilling Manager.

You will be responsible for managing a team of people in Libya to execute short and long term strategies in line with the drilling program. This will include recommending plans, policies and programs related to the drilling activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the appropriate technology is in place to optimize drilling operations, increase efficiency and enhance cost control measures whilst keeping to the pre-set time frames.

You will be a qualified Engineer with previous experience in the oil and gas industry. You will have excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills with a results oriented approach to work. You will also be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
