Our client is a dynamic and reputable group of companies present in various sectors working on prestigious projects with local and international clients. They are currently seeking self motivated individuals to work within their construction and manufacturing division.

Leading a team of people you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure that all production targets are met to achieve strategic business goals. This will include drawing up production schedules, working out the human and materials resources needed, , costing it, and setting the quality standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. You will be able to solve problems, generate solutions and make justified decisions to achieve business critical objectives.

You will be a qualified Engineer or have previous experience in production management. To succeed you will be a driver in possession of exceptional problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a results oriented approach to work.
