BoV launches loyalty rewards programme

Bank of Valletta has introduced a loyalty programme intended to reward customers who choose to pay for purchases using a BoV Visa Platinum, Visa Gold or a Visa Flypass business card.

Participation in the programme is free and premium credit cardholders will be rewarded with one point for every €1 spent using their card. Cardholders will also be able to keep track of points earned on their monthly credit card statement. Points can be redeemed against Air Malta KMiles or the annual card fee.

Michael Galea, the bank’s executive head for cards business explained that automatic purchase protection insurance on items purchased using a credit card was one added value features that made card payments a stronger proposition to the customer.
