Vodafone Malta holds mobile advertising seminar

In light of the new digital era and its importance in the current global financial status, Vodafone Malta organised a mobile advertising seminar during which, creative marketers, brand managers, media owners and techies shared the benefits of this new medium which brings together the most personal device ever, the widest reach in customer numbers and the most interactive medium. "Mobile advertising offers a smart tool during a downturn. Our marketing budgets are limited and the need to sell efficiently is not an option anymore. Mobile advertising has both direct and mass marketing capabilities. It gives advertisers access to the largest community both locally and worldwide with a personalised message. Mobile advertising is immediate, interactive and cost efficient," said Charlo Callus, mobile advertising senior executive at Vodafone Malta.

Top international agency representatives from OMD International, Inside Mobile and Vodafone Global's Mobile Advertising Business also contributed to the discussion.
