New release of unique residences at Tigné Point
Tigné Point this week released a limited amount of new homes. Currently referred to as T10, the latest development forms an eagerly-awaited addition to this new enclave and will complete the Tigné South phase.
A novel mix, alongside favourable payment terms, offers a unique investment proposition and the opportunity to acquire a waterfront home in this unique mixed-use development.
Designed by AOM Partnership, the new residences are a varied mix of stylish apartments on the easternmost tip of the peninsula. Hot and cold water will be produced at a central location for heating and cooling purposes and then distributed sitewide to residential, retail and commercial customers who will be living and working at Tigné Point from T10 onwards. Qualified operators and technicians will monitor and maintain the equipment 24 hours a day. One of the most important gains with HVAC centralisation is energy efficiency. This contributes to the reduction of air pollution, global warming and emissions of ozone depleting refrigerants. Above all, it reduces the carbon footprint of an individual building.
Renowned designer Pippa Toledo has selected unique concepts for the finishes of T10 apartments.
For each apartment there is a selection of themes with different colour schemes and materials. Ms Toledo explains her inspiration: "Tigné Point is an ideal haven in a busy town, beautiful for today's modern lifestyle. I opted for a feeling of space, light and a natural colour scheme which will please anybody through its simplicity. Considering the beautiful, yet central, surroundings of Tigné Point, I was attracted to hues found in nature that bring the feeling of outdoors in."
Ms Toledo is also designing the show flat for the T10 phase which will be ready shortly, to showcase not only the finishes but also the high quality of workmanship.
An innovative wiring infrastructure allows for immediate or future upgrade options in cutting-edge communication technology, sound, lighting and vision. The option for high-speed IT connectivity and innovative telephony services using Siemens technology, along with 24/7 customer care, ensure that residents enjoy the most innovative communication technology available.

To accommodate the trend of surround sound in living rooms and music throughout the home becoming the new standard in luxury living, T10 apartments are pre-wired for the award-winning Bose Lifestyle range of surround and multi-room music systems, as well as flush-mounted ceiling speakers.
T10 apartments are also pre-wired for various intelligent lighting control solutions by Lutron, facilitating an easy upgrade from standard switches. Single or multiple rooms can be upgraded, either immediately or as needs change.
Residents can even add Lutron electric shades and curtain tracks, controllable from the same keypads, available in a range of high quality finishes.
