May 14 "Going Green: Tapping EU funding for energy and the environment"
The National Contact Point for the EU's Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) and Forum Malta fl-Ewropa and will be organizing a Conference on energy, environment and eco-innovation. Main speaker will be Theodoros Staikos from the Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI). Event will be held at The Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julians.

May 15-16 European matchmaking summit on mobile and e-technologies
The "First European Matchmaking Summit on Mobile and E-Technologies" will take place at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering (IAO) in Stuttgart, Germany. The event will bring together different companies and institutions - including private companies, public administrations, research institutes and universities - to present current and to brainstorm on future initiatives from six main application areas in mobile Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
