Turkey attacks Kurdish separatists
The Turkish chief of staff announces an air raid conducted on 31 suspected PKK targets in northern Iraq.
The military stepped up its operations against the PKK in southeast Turkey and across the border in northern Iraq after a series of deadly attacks by the separatists on Turkish soldiers.
