PACE. On April 20, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELO (Charles), aged 81, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by his children and family. He leaves to mourn his great loss his children Alvin, Alex, Adrian and Eunice, their spouses, his brother Victor and his wife Carmen, his sister-in-law Doreen, his brother-in-law Ronnie, his grandchildren Yana, Kirsty, Elysia, Raina, Keith, Emma, Nadesh, Aaron and Bjorn, his great-grandchildren Elayah and Benjamin, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Saturday, April 22, at 8.30am for St Julian’s parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
STABILE. Dr ADRIANA STABILE, widow of Dr Henry F. Stabile, and mother of the late Louise, ended her life’s journey on April 21 at the age of 92 while in the loving care of Josiann and her team at Casa Arkati retirement home, Mosta. She lives on in the memory of her daughter Isabel, her grandchildren Matthew, Eva, Peter, Kelly and James, her sisters Aurora and Marga and their families. Mass to celebrate her life will be held at the Addolorata Chapel on Monday, 24 April, at 9am. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares are welcome.
TESTAFERRATA MORONI VIANI. On April 20, the Baron SALVINO, Gr. Uff. Ord. di Sant’Agata, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church, aged 86. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Monika, his sons Christopher and his wife Daniela and Martin and his wife Stephanie, his grandchildren Petra, Stephen, Nicholas, Martina and Sophia, his in-laws Jane Testaferrata Moroni Viani, Manfred and Monika Ammermann, Ute and Rainer Knoche, together with Caroline, Peter Paul, Paul Stephen, Richard and Sebastian and their respective spouses, other relatives and numerous friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Saturday, April 22, at 9.15am for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 10am, followed by private interment. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
