CARUANA. MARY, née Pettett, widow of John, aged 92, passed away peacefully on April 15 at Mater Dei Hospital. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons Alfred and his wife Antoinette, and Edward and his wife Rita, her nephew Michael and her niece Barbara and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortége will leave Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Tuesday, April 18, at 8am for St Dominic’s parish church, Valletta, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said prior to interment in the family grave at the Santa Marija Addolorata Cemetery. FALZON. On April 16, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPHINE (Joyce) of Santa Luċija, aged 83, went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Gerald, her children Geraldine and her husband Noel Ellul, Mario and his wife Nancy, Norbert and his wife Natalie, and Denise, her grandchildren Janine, Elise, Lara, Ariane, Mark, Marya, Francesca and Gianluca, her brother James Hibberd and his wife Pat, her sisters Amy and her husband Joe Micallef, and Doris Causon, in-laws Josephine Ellul, Saviour Falzon and his wife Mildred, her nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Tuesday, April 18 at 1.30pm for St Pius X parish church, Santa Luċija, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. GANADO. On April 15, suddenly at Mater Dei Hospital, MARCELLE, née Pace, aged 76, comforted by the rites of the Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her beloved husband John, her son Stephen and his wife Chantal, her adored grandson Giovanni, her sister Rose Pizzuto, her brother Alfred Pace and his wife Grace, her brother-in-law Philip Bonello, nephews and nieces, in-laws, relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 19, at 8.30am at San Ġwann parish church, followed by interment in the family chapel at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery.
