For the sixth consecutive year, the St Nicholas College Secondary School in Dingli is selling traditional figolli in aid of Puttinu Cares.

The students and teachers have teamed up with Neriku Caterers but are decorating the figolli themselves.

The initiative was launched recently at the school during a day of  fun activities, intended to raise more funds for Puttinu. in which children engaged in Zumba sessions, self-defence sessions, abseiling, tug-of-war and indoor games.

■ The figolli are being sold at the entrance of the Ministry for the Family and Social Solidarity at Palazzo Ferreria, Republic Street, Valletta, tomorrow from 8.30am onwards. For more information, look up the Facebook page Figolla Challenge 2017.
