BUHAGIAR. On March 24, at Mater Dei Hospital, CECILIA, née Tanti, of Siġġiewi, aged 84, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to celebrate her life her husband John Baptist, her sons Dion and his wife Denise, Joseph and his wife Marianne, and her grandchildren Kenneth, Kristina, Roberta and Andrew. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, March 25 at 2.30pm for Siġġiewi parish church where a celebratory Mass will be held, followed by interment in the family grave at Siġġiewi cemetery. CACHIA. On March 24, at Mater Dei Hospital, ROSE, passed away peacefully, aged 57. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband John, her three daughters Svetlana, Francesca and Rackela, and her two adorable granddaughters Nina and Enya. Always loved and remembered by her husband Richard, her sons Massimo, Mariano and his wife Nadia and Marco and his wife Aida, her mother, her brothers and sisters and their respective families, nephews and nieces and in-laws, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Friday, March 24 at 1.30pm for St Helen’s Basilica, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
