Night buses between Valletta and St Julian's will run every 20 minutes on Wednesday and Sunday nights starting today, Malta Public Transport has announced.

Route N13 buses will leave Valletta between 11.30pm and 1.10am and will operate from St Julian's between 11.50pm and 1.30am. Friday and Saturday night schedules will remain unchanged.

“Following feedback we received from our passengers, we are extending our most popular night route to four nights a week,” explained MPT commercial director Daniel Grech.

There will be no change to the other night routes: N11, between Cirkewwa and St. Julian’s; N10 between St. Julian’s and the localities in the south of the island; and N12, between St Julian’s and central localities.

The changes follow other tweaks to MPT bus routes made public earlier this week.
