Maltese-based sustainable development company Aeris has been appointed European representative of Aeris Environmental Australia. Aeris Environmental is a world leader in the removal of, and protection from, microbial contamination and performance optimisation for the life of HVAC&R systems, cold rooms and breweries.

The representation will be launched at ‘ISH’, the world’s biggest showcase for energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning technology and renewable energies in Frankfurt am Main between March 14 and 18.

Aeris Environmental will be receiving customers at its stand at the ISH Fair in Hall 10.2 Stand D 18, where together with top executives from the mother company, it will be discussing ways on how to provide solutions for customers’ HVAC&R systems to perform better.

Using patented anti-microbial technology, Aeris Environmental will be demonstrating how customers can benefit from healthier and cleaner air while reducing costs. In Frankfurt, Aeris Environmental will also be showcasing the Aeris SmartHUB technology, which provides improved performance, energy efficiency and indoor air quality by optimising the compressor, the heat exchanger and the system operation, as well as the AERISVIEW with a whole of system approach to building optimisation with a centralised asset management system. Designed with the building operator and manager in mind, the user-friendly interface delivers real time visibility and real time results.

Speaking about Aeris Environmental’s European representation, director Ivan Cassar said: “We are proud to be associated with a global brand which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and is a world leader in the provision of integrated environmental services, energy savings and healthier indoor air.”

He added: “Given that air conditioning and refrigeration today account for up to 60 per cent of a business’ electricity consumption, it makes sound financial sense to optimise HVAC&R systems while at the same time provide cleaner air that helps improve occupant health and productivity – all with less impact on the environment. Furthermore, our systems not only ensure that HVAC&R systems perform better, last longer and cost less to run – they also help building owners and managers to create more sustainable built environments.”
