Gold Lion Real Estate inaugurated its commercial department as part of a strategy to become a one-stop property shop. As part of Gold Lion Holding, a start-up company offering centralised property services, the department is being led by Gold Lion Real Estate CEO Pal Patrik Tarcza.

As a customer-driven company, the objective of Gold Lion Holding is to ease the overall customer experience by merging all property-related services under one roof. The company is specialised in all property avenues, including residential, commercial, letting, sales, construction, property development and holiday lettings, to be launched in summer.

With more than 12 years of experience in the world of commercial real estate, Mr Tarcza brings a wealth of regional knowledge and expertise to the market. Contributing to this milestone is Adrienn Bakos, commercial property advisor. With a strong sales background and being multilingual  (Italian, Hungarian and English), Ms Bakos is fully equipped to help in the formation and management of the commercial department. With exposure to eclectic industries, she can offer customised solutions based on the varied requirements of companies, including the iGaming sector. By understanding the unique structure of iGaming companies and their mode of operations, she will understand their prerequisites’ as well.

“There is a lot of commercial activity in Malta and no other agency has established a team that is dedicated only to the commercial sector,” Mr Tarcza said. “This service is offered in other European countries and we are bringing it to Malta.”

Eight months were spent in building a diverse portfolio of commercial listings in order to cater for the market. The team can provide a holistic set of property services that include supplementary ones, such as how to set up businesses in Malta and guidance on local taxation laws.

As part of Gold Lion Holding, the commercial department is equipped to serve all property-related needs in-house. For instance, if it is a fit-out that an office space requires, then Gold Lion Construction can step in to take care of that.

“When dealing with our commercial division, it is one entity that can take care of all needs and save the hassle of having to manage different contractors and suppliers,” Mr Tarcza said.
