Times of Malta reports that one in five babies born last year had a parent
of "unknown" nationality, according to official figures. It also reports that work on the new Paceville master plan, which was expected to be out by May, has been put on the backburner.

In-Nazzjon says the Prime Minister said it was the Police Commissioner who should decide whether Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri should be investigated in connection with the Panama Papers. 

Likewise, The Malta Independent reports about the Prime Minister's comments on whether any investigation should be forthcoming. It also says that Sai Mizzi is not among the candidates for Malta's trade envoy in Asia. 

Carrying a large picture of the caravan and car which blew up in Marsa yesterday, L-oriżżont quotes Prime Minister Joseph Muscat saying that Enemalta had become an economic motor in the country.
