Mcast’s Institute for the Creative Arts and St Ignatius College Ħandaq Middle School have launched a joint Kreattiv project aimed at exploring alternative channels of expressing the process of learning.

During the project, 4th formers at St Ignatius College will work with Mcast Creative Arts students to use art, movement, photography and moving images to convey what they feel and what they have learnt about the poetry covered in the Maltese literature syllabus.

The project is divided into three phases spread over the academic year, with each phase consisting of two full days of workshops.

The first phase involved the students at the two colleges familiarising themselves with each other and with the project through exercises conducted by specialists in the above-mentioned disciplines.

The project is supported by the Arts Council.
