My family and I visit Malta on a regular basis and have done so for the past 20 years.

We were horrified to read on the UK edition of the Daily Mail  the comments of Prime Minister Joseph Muscat with regard to Brexit.

On each of our visits, we spend £7,000. That has equated to £140,000 worth of Maltese exports to the U.K. I know of many other families who spend likewise.

The Prime Minister is putting this at a grave risk. He needs to be aware that we can use our money to access all-year-round sunshine in many other destinations.

We always use the Maltese carrier, Air Malta. My family and I are now seriously considering whether to visit Malta again. Unless, of course, the Prime Minister offers a sincere apology.
