An interactive workshop on decluttering and the benefits it can have on daily life is being held tomorrow in Fawwara, limits of Siġġiewi.

With buzzwords reduce, reuse and recycle becoming a reality, tidying up can be positively life changing for individuals as well as for the society they live in. The workshop Declutter Your life: 20 Things to Throw Out is interactive and participants will learn, share and take a first big step to clearing the clutter from their life. Good practice initiatives will be discussed as those present will be encouraged to follow a more environmentally friendly and sustainable way of living.

The workshop is being led by Ċensu Caruana, an established mentor and trainer of various civil society organisations, a field he has been involved with for the past 30 years.

■ The event is being organised by See Clearly Now, a new organisation with the aim of making personal development accessible to all. It is being held tomorrow from 10.30am to 1pm at the Centre for Environmental Education and Research in Fawwara. A space will be provided for children to play while parents attend the workshop. The organisation encourages those interested in attending to carpool to the event. This event is part of the European Week for Waste Reduction 2016 and admission is free.
