Duetto is the name of a joint art exhibition currently put up in Mosta featuring works by Grace Cassar and Fabiola Agius Anastasi.

Cassar studied under Harry Alden and focused on expressive art and portrait painting at the prestigious Saint Martins College in London. She held her first solo exhibition at the Auberge d’Italie and was awarded honourable mention at the Malta Society of Arts. Cassar is also a versatile and accomplished pianist.

Agius Anastasi is a graduate in both engineering and art and design. After studying under numerous Italian tutors, she is now a contemporary painter with a passion for artistic experimentation, exploration and teaching. Her art stands out through her vivid, hyper-realistic colour palette united tastefully with a softer style of painting. She considers art to be an expression of her interests, moods and outlook on life and is often inspired by the natural wonders that surround us, with several pieces being painted outdoors.

■ Organised by L-Għaqda Filantropika Talent Mosti, the exhibition runs until Saturday at the Razzett tal-Markiż Mallia Tabone, Triq Wied il-Għasel, Mosta. It is open daily between 6pm and 8pm.
