Frank Salt Real Estate Group has opened its 14th branch, offering residential sales and letting services. The new office is on the promenade, directly opposite the bridge of Dock 1.

“Having worked in the Fgura branch for the last 12 years, it was only natural for us to open an office in this location,” Stanley Bonello, manager of the Fgura and Cospicua branches, said. “Since the first day, I believed that Cospicua, Senglea and Vittoriosa still packed a punch and truly have the potential to become top residential destinations in Malta once again.”

The Cospicua branch will be focusing on all types of properties found in the three cities, such as period houses, pre- and post-war dwellings, with special attention to properties with views and terraces, overlooking one of Malta’s best known marinas.

The office will aim to cater for different types of requests and will be reaching out to locations such as Valletta and Floriana, since these are literally 15 minutes away by ferry.

The Cospicua branch is made up of a team of five consultants who are passionate about properties with historical value.

The company plans to open another three branches later this year.
