A man was hospitalised suffering from grievous injuries today after he allegedly jumped a height of one-storey off the window of a residence in Triq San Nikola, Valletta in a bid to escape.

The police said they were informed of the incident by a34-year-old man who claimed that the victim entered his house at 5.15pm and jumped from a window to escape.
