Swejjaq, a traditional artisan market the likes of which used to be held in various Maltese and Gozitan villages in the past, was held for the second time at San Lawrenz main square, organised by the local council. The market featured the sale of farmers’ vegetables and farm products, typical Gozitan food, crafts and other locally made items, as well as information stands. There was also a play area for children, including a bouncy castle, a bungee line and mega slide.
