Roger Mifsud (September 21) is mixing things. He still thinks that the Prime Minister’s candidate for the Court of Auditors, is “Malta’s” choice. It is not Malta that sent Leo Brincat to the slaughterhouse: it was Joseph Muscat.

When the Nationalist MEPs voted with the majority in the European Parliament vote, they raised Malta’s standing. If they had voted for Brincat it would have meant that they also condone corruption.
