The Prince of Wales's car has been involved in a collision with a deer at the Queen's Balmoral estate in Aberdeenshire, according to reports.

Charles - the Duke of Rothesay, as he is known while in Scotland - is said to be unhurt following the incident over the weekend.

The Audi he was driving was reportedly damaged in the incident. The condition of the deer is unknown.

A spokesman for Clarence House refused to comment on the crash.
