The Society of Christian Doctrine (MUSEUM) is organising the activity Fast Forward – Pause – Play with the theme #Uliedna (#Our Sons and Daughters).

Starting today, the theme is focused on children and adolescents though the activities are aimed at all the public.

These include discussions, films, talks, activities for children and youths, space for prayer and meditation, spiritual direction and the celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Participants will be addressed by, among others, the former Commissioner for Children, Sonia Camilleri; church schools’ inclusion coordinator Hilary Schembri; Fr Antoine Farrugia, SDB; head of the Safeguarding Commission in the Archdiocese of Malta, Andrew Azzopardi; Nathalie Galea, an oncology specialist within paediatrics; and parents Sandro and Christine Rossi.

The films being shown are Monsieur Lazhar, directed by the veteran Philippe Falardeau on Tuesday; Wadjda, directed by Haifaa Al-Mansour on Thursday; and Oscar and the Lady in Pink directed by Eric Emmanuel Schmitt on Saturday.
