• When goods are not delivered within the time period agreed with the seller, consumers can opt to cancel the sale and request a refund.

• Unless otherwise specified in the contract of sale, goods must be supplied within thirty days from the date of order.

Traders are responsible to ensure that goods are delivered to consumers without damages.

• Goods ordered online or through another distance means of communication can be returned to the seller during the cooling-off period even if they are not damaged.

• When delivered goods do not conform to the contract of sale, consumers are legally entitled to a remedy.
