Can we all kindly respect the people around us by dressing up appropriately wherever we are?

Why should I find myself in a busy supermarket next to a man wearing just a pair of Bermudas and a belt to keep it from falling lower than his fully-exposed, protruding belly?

Why should a woman parade the streets of our city wearing shorts and a minimal bikini top?

Notwithstanding the heat, everyone, without exception, can bear to wear a simple top and a decent pair of shorts when out of his/her home.

No laws are called for. Just self-respect and respect for others.
