The fourth edition of the Malta summer carnival came to an end this evening with a defile' in Marsascala, the first time that a summer carnival activity was held there.

The first two days of the carnival were held, as usual, in Bugibba.

Eleven small floats were entered for the defile', together with seven dance companies.

The carnival was organised by Arts Council Malta with the support of the Valletta 2018 Foundation, the Malta Tourism Authority, the Parliamentary Secretariat of Local Government and the local councils of St Paul’s Bay and Marsascala.
