On July 15, I signed a contract with Melita plc whereby I was given a smartphone with instructions written in a language I did not understand.
I complained several times that according to law the instructions should be either in Maltese or English. On my insistence they promised that within a few days they will forward me by post an English version of the instructions. Four weeks have passed and I’m still waiting.
I thought Melita would treat its clients with more respect.
