Mosta are set to sign two new foreign players as the Blues continue to revamp their squad ahead of the new Premier League season.

After tying up a deal for goalkeeper Manuel Bartolo, who joined from Valletta earlier this week, the Blues have brought in Cameroon defender Dany Djoufack and Martin Vicek, a Slovak striker.

Djoufack, 25, played for French lower-league club SG Quelle-Furth last season.

Vicek arrives on a loan deal from Trencin, the Slovakia League club who have struck a partnership agreement with Mosta this summer.

In fact, the Blues have already sealed the transfers of two other Slovak players – Gabriel Besak and Laro Leta.

This season, new Mosta coach Edmund Lufi is also planning to make use of the club’s best youth products. He has already drafted in 12 young players to his senior squad.

Moreover, striker Edin Murga, who played the first part of last season on loan from Birkirkara, will again don the Blues’ colours after the Bosnian inked a one-year contract.

Mosta play their first league match against Balzan, today week.
