BAJADA. On August 9, at Mater Dei Hospital, LOUIS of Sliema, aged 86, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church and lovingly surrounded by his wife and children. CALLEJA. On August 8, at the Hilltop Gardens, Naxxar, MICHAEL, widower of Joy, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughter Stephanie and her husband Edward, his son Jean Paul, his grandchildren Nicholas and his wife Olga, Felicity, and his great-grandchildren Rihanna and Marcus, his brother Brig. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her children Giovanna and her husband Peter Schaak, Elena and her husband Edward Poole, Orazio and his partner Teresa, and Vincent, her grandchildren Monique and her husband Damian, Amanda and her husband Malcolm, Jean-Pierre, Lorraine, Christian, Stephanie, Manuelito and Maria, her great-grandchildren Toby, Robin, Miles and Jack, and all her relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday, August 13 at 9.30am for the Divine Mercy Sanctuary, San Pawl tat-Tarġa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 10am.
