• The third edition of the Żebbuġ Gozo Motor Show is being held today from 8am onwards near the village primary school. It is being held in collaboration with the local council in aid of Puttinu Cares.

• The feast of St Lawrence is being celebrated in San Lawrenz today. Bishop Mario Grech will lead Mass at the parish church at 9am. Vespers in Maltese will be led by Mgr Anton Mizzi at 7pm, with the participation of the Levita Laurentis choir, followed by marches by the La Stella band, from Triq it-Torri to the main square. At 7.45pm, La Stella Band will perform the titular hymn followed by a concert on the main square. At 8pm, a procession with the statue of St Lawrence, leaves the church accompanied by Victory band. The feast ends at 10.15pm with a fireworks display.

• A sacred art exhibition of entitled Mater Misericordiae will be held at Dar Karmni Grima, Għarb, until August 21. It is open on Sundays from 9am to 12.30pm and Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 4pm.

• A blood donation session will be held on Tuesday from 1 to 5pm at Gozo General Hospital’s Outpatients Department.

• A Bible study meeting will be held tomorrow at 7.30pm at St Anthony church, Għajnsielem.

• A collective painting, photography and ceramics art exhibition by local artists Celia Denton, Alison Rous, Wynne Parker, Rob Forbes and Jörg Böttcher will be open to the public from Tuesday to August 31, from 9am to 3pm at the Cittadella Cultural Centre, Victoria. The exhibition forms part of the inaugural season of events to mark the completion of the Cittadel restoration project.

• Għaqda Armar Diċembru 13 – Nadur is organising a tour to Birżeb­buġa on Friday on the occasion of St Peter’s feast. Transport leaves Nadur Square at 5.30pm. Tickets are on sale from the committee’s members or call 2756 0360.

• Graduates and members of professions in Gozo, including couples, are invited for Mass in Maltese on Friday at 8.30pm at St Augustine’s church, Victoria. The Mass, organised by the Gozitan Graduates Movement, will be celebrated by Fr Franklin Vella.

• Members of Il-Fergħa Ewkaristika (Għawdex) will meet at Ta’ Pinu on Saturday at 3pm to celebrate Mass and for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament till 4pm. All are welcome to attend.

• The fourth edition of the Gozo Ceramics Festival will be held at Xlendi on Saturday from 7pm onwards.

• Riflessi Sajfin, the open air song and dance festival by local artists organised annually by Oasi Foundation, will be held on Saturday from 8pm onwards at Marsalforn.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening at St Augustine’s church, Victoria, on Saturday at 8.30pm, followed by Mass at midnight.

• The 14th edition of Delicata Classic Wine Festival will be held on August 19, 20 and 21 from 7pm onwards at Ġnien il-Kunsill, Our Lady of Fatima Street, Nadur. Entrance is free. For more information call the local council on 2155 8080 or e-mail nadur. lc@gov.mt.
