A Swieqi resident got a surprise when a man turned up at her front garden wearing his birthday suit yesterday, in broad daylight.

The man, who appeared to be drunk opened a water tap and left water flowing everywhere.

"These drunkards are getting out of hand," the resident said on Facebook. 

Another resident said the police were called because the man was seen trying to open cars. 

Some of the residents called for policemen to be posted at access roads from Paceville, where this man probably came from.   

One resident joked that the man needs to use sunblock.
