BMX Malta celebrated its 30-year anniversary earlier this month with an event called BMX Fest - Summer edition.

An olive tree was planted next to the open BMX Track to mark the occasion.

Sport Parliamentary Secretary Chris Agius unveiled a plaque commemorating the anniversary, with Sport opposition spokesman David Agius also assisting.

BMX Malta president John Zammit, secretary Karl Naja, Pembroke mayor Dean Hili and Malta Cycling Federation general secretary Joe Bajada were also in attendance.
