BONELLO. On July 12, at Mater Dei Hospital, LINO A. of Sliema, passed away peacefully at the age of 84, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Rosemarie, née Borg Cardona, his two daughters Mirelle and her husband Hubert Caruana and Anne Marie and her husband Joe Vassallo Gatt, his grandchildren Cedric and his wife Felicity, Trevor and his wife Helen, Cristina and Michela, his great-grandchildren Martina, Francesca and Jodie, his brother Guido and his wife Monica, his in-laws, other relatives and friends. CALLEJA. On July 13, at Mater Dei Hospital, RITA, née Borda, of Ħamrun, residing at Mosta, aged 59, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Loved and remembered by her husband Joseph, her children Natalie and her husband Tonio Lombardi, Christabel and Gaudenzio, her brothers and sisters, in-laws, their respective spouses, her mother-in-law Emanuela, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2pm for Our Lady of the Annunciation parish church, Mosta, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CASHA. With regret we announce the death of JOHN R. who passed away peacefully at Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Hospital on Wednesday, July 13, aged 88. He will always be loved and remembered by his wife Lina, his son Joseph and his wife Joyce, his daughter Maryanne, widow of Anthony E. Portelli, his son Antoine, his daughter Lorraine and her husband Jean Carl Bonnici, his grandchildren Mark Anthony and his wife Vania, Darren, Christine and her fiancé Philip, Daniela, Claire, Lara Jo, Bianca, Rebecca and Sean and great-grandson Edward Arthur. He will also be sadly missed by his brothers Jimmy, Richard and Tony, his sisters Stella, Doris, Violet and Rose, his wife’s sisters Mary, Helen, Doris and her brother Charles, their respective spouses, families and friends. The funeral Mass præsente cadavere will be said tomorrow at 2.30pm at Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CREMONA. On July 12, at St Catherine’s Home, Attard, JOSEPHINE, née Cauchi, widow of Joseph, passed away peacefully at the age of 94, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Lino and his wife Marlene, His Excellency, Archbishop Emeritus Mgr. Paul Cremona, OP, and Marie Louise and Michael, her grandsons Marco and his wife Joanne, Stefano and his wife Nicolette, Johann and his partner Lothe, her great-grandchildren Luigi, Gianluca, Sam and Lara, relatives and friends.
