Valletta's CVA parking system can confuse novices and tourists. Is blue residential, or is that green? Are Castille square spots reserved all day, or just during working hours?
It's probably safe to assume the owner of this car doesn't spend too much time worrying over such niceties.
In this photo posted to Facebook group is-Salott, a car can be seen neatly reverse parked right at the entrance to the National Library in Valletta.
"Just when you thought you had seen it all," wrote the person who posted the photo.
The National Library was designed by Polish-Italian architect Stefano Ittar and completed in 1796, five years after his death. It houses the archives of the Order of St. John, the Università of Mdina and the Università of Valletta.
It is listed as a Grade 1 national monument - the highest level of protection afforded to buildings under local laws.
