The Fgura team at Frank Salt Real Estate has returned from a trip to Sicily, where property consultants celebrated the success they achieved as a result of great team effort.
This incentive weekend was organised in recognition of their efforts and outstanding performance, for which they were also awarded Best Branch. According to branch manager Stanley Bonello, the team has always striven to improve its performance year after year in all segments of operations. In fact, it also managed to supersede all targets and increase sales consistently for last five years. During 2015, the Fgura office increased revenue by more than 50 per cent and were the third highest contributing branch within the company.
“It is indeed a huge satisfaction for all the team to have won this award as it certifies our efforts and constant commitment in giving the best possible service to our clients; both vendors and buyers alike,” Mr Bonello said.
The trip included team-building activities which proved to be a great opportunity for members to create an even stronger bond. They started the trip with a hot breakfast in a remote milk farm, followed by a historical walk through the historical centre of Syracuse, then headed to the island of Ortigia, enjoyed wine tasting in the beautiful valley.
The group also visited the annual ‘Infiorata Festa’ in Noto, where locals create a display of floral mosaics. “The highlights of the trip were not only the sites visited but the experiences shared together as a team, which reinforces our relationship as colleagues – which is after all what makes our team special, as each individual contributes and strives towards the growth and well-being of our office,” Paul Bondin, winner of the Best Sales Consultant award, said.
The Fgura branch has been operating for the last 18 years, together with the Marsascala branch, to offer property services to the southern region of Malta. The company will also be opening another office in Cospicua to cater for the growing demand in this area.
