Allow me to refer to what the police have been reported as saying that there is no reasonable suspicion of any crime having been committed in the wake of the Panama Papers information leaks.
To add insult to injury, the police also said that nobody put political pressure on them to steer clear of launching any sort of investigation into the leaked information.
Due to the above, one hopes that, should the Nationalist Party be returned to government, it would hold Acting Police Commissioner Lawrence Cutajar to account for having failed to do his duty.
