Obituaries
BAJADA. On June 30, at Mater Dei Hospital, TERESA, k/a Tessie, aged 86, of Tal-Ibraġ, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Rose Hili, her nephews and nieces, relatives and friends and her carer Helen. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30 am for Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery chapel, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am followed by interment in thefamily grave. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
DE MARTINO. On July 2, GIOVANNI, aged 71, passed away and went to meet his son John. He was peacefully surrounded by his loved ones and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He is deeply missed by his wife Maria, his children Mark and Rita, his siblings Maria, Josephine, Rose, Fr Raphael, Karmenu, Joe and Salvu, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass praesente cadavere will be said tomorrow at 4pm at Mosta parish church followed by burial at Mosta cemetery. The family would like to thank all the staff who helped in his care. “If I had been given a choice, I would have chosen the same all over.”
