BONELLO. On June 25, at Mater Dei Hospital, FRANCIS, widower of Maria Yvonne, former Director of Capital Transfer Duty, of Dingli, residing in Fgura, passed away peacefully at the age of 79, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his son Anthony, his grand¬children Kurt and his girlfriend Chiara, Kyle and Kayleigh, his sister Doris and her husband Josef Ebejer, Grace, widow of his brother Richard Bonello, his sister-in-law Lilian Bonnici, widow of Joe Bonnici, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 3pm for Dingli parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 3.30pm, followed by interment at Dingli cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
GALEA. On June 25, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARIA of Mosta, aged 79, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Dearly missed and never forgotten by her siblings Pacifica, widow of her husband Salvu Deguara, Turu, Alessia and her husband John Sciberras, Joseph and his wife Marianne, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends, including those at Casa Leone. The funeral cortege leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 3pm for Mosta parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 3.30pm followed by interment in the family grave at Mosta cemetery. Dear God, take her into Your loving arms and grant her eternal rest.
SCHEMBRI. Suddenly, on June 27, at her home in Siġġiewi, ROSE (former employee Air Supplies, MIA), aged 72, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister M’Anne who lived with her, Rita, widow of her brother Saviour and their children, the children of the deceased Seraphim and his wife Martha, Nicholas and his wife Carmen and their children, Joseph and his wife Salvina and their children, the wives and husbands of her nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. The funeral will be held tomorrow. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 4.30pm at St Nicholas parish church, Siġġiewi, followed by interment in the family grave at Siġġiewi cemetery. The family appreciates if instead of flowers, donations are given to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. May she rest in peace.
