We go to McDonald’s at Malta International Airport quite often since the children love it and we don’t mind it either, though I am aware it is not a healthy option.

During breakfast, served daily till 10am, I was asked to move from one queue to another only because the hot drinks were served in the McCaffe section. When I pointed out a coffee machine behind the staff in front of me, they said nothing and served me.

Also, though perhaps this concerns the Skyparks management, my parking ticket was rejected twice in one week as ‘unreadable’. When this happens one has to to call at Skyparks reception to pay. Skyparks told us they would look into it but it still happened again.

McDonald’s at MIA is a fine place (though loud) and I am sure there are some dedicated staff members who try to render a good customer service, something rarely experienced inthis country.

Management should not rest on its laurels because people do grumble, share complaints and consider other options.
