Times of Malta says a geological study submitted as part of the Townsquare high-rise project did not flag a layer of “very weak rock” that could pose problems in supporting tall buildings. In another story, it says Enemalta is paying an undisclosed sum of money, possibly running into tens of thousands of euros a day, to Shanghai Electric to use the BWSC plant in Delimara.
