Last Tuesday's edition of TimesTalk was sparked by a court case where a 16-year-old with a drug problem was sent to prison for three months.  

The decision to imprison him prompted calls for a more appropriate juvenile rehabilitation system, but many still feel wrongdoers should pay a hefty price for their wrongdoing... irrespective of their age.

So what is the solution?
