• A blood donation session will be held at Gozo Hospital’s Outpatients Department today from 8am to 1pm.

• The feast of St Paul’s Shipwreck will be celebrated at Munxar today. Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will lead pontifical Mass at the parish church at 8.30am. Fr Simon Cachia will deliver the panegyric. Mgr Salv Debrincat will lead vespers at 6.30pm. La Stella Band will perform a march at 7pm. A procession with the statue of St Paul, accompanied by Mnarja Band and fireworks, starts at 7.30pm. The La Stella Band will perform a concert on the church square at 7.45pm. The procession and feast end at around 9.30pm in the church square with a benediction with the blessed sacrament.

• A Bible study meeting will be held tomorrow at 7.30pm at St Anthony church, Għajnsielem. All are welcome.

• Bis-Saħħa Wine Festival – a festival of wine, food and live music organised by Ta’ Klula Foundation – will take place on Saturday from 8pm onwards on Santa Luċija’s main square. Admission is free.

• Leone Philharmonic Society will hold an open-air concert directed by Mro Colin Attard for the ninth consecutive year on Saturday at 9pm on Independence Square (it-Tokk), Victoria.

• The fifth edition of Sannat Motorfest will be held by the local council in the village square next Sunday from 9am onwards in aid of Puttinu Cares.

• Sacred Heart Minor Seminary is holding a wine and pizza evening on June 9 at the school premises. Tickets may be obtained from the school or by calling 2155 6479.

• La Stella Philharmonic Society will be hold the fourth edition of its open-air live music concert Rock­Astra, directed by Mro Sigmund Mifsud, on June 6 at 9pm, in Republic Street, Victoria.

• A public lecture by Mario Coleiro entitled Il-Festa Maltija: Ir-ritwali li jiddistingwuha will be held at the Education, Science and Culture Centre hall, Lunzjata Valley, Victoria, on June 10 at 7pm.

The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer meeting at Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Ta’ Ħamet) Church, on Saturday at 8.30pm, followed by Mass at midnight.

• The Don Bosco Summer Club for children aged four to 13 will be held in July and August. Volunteers are also sought. For applications visit donboscogozo.org.
