A South African vineyard has some unusual staff: the winery employs 900 ducks as their groundskeepers.

Vergenoegd Wine Estate uses the ducks as a natural, and adorable, replacement for pesticides. The flock spends all day eating pests such as snails and slugs.

The ducks must enjoy their profession, since they can't wait to get to work. Once they are let loose every morning, they impatiently run straight to their duties.

Visitors of the vineyard can see the special Indian runner ducks parade twice a day.
