I would like to publicly express my thanks and gratitude to all the crew while I travelled from London Heathrow to Malta on flight KM103 on May 5. I arrived from Edinburgh to London Heathrow after having had an operation following a serious injury caused by an accident.

After I was greeted by the crew on board this flight the captain approached me and asked about how I was feeling and after seeing that I was comfortable he wished me a good flight. I found this to be a very kind gesture.

I heartily commend the attention shown by the flight crew who ensured that I was kept comfortable throughout the flight and immediately gave me any assistance I required when I started feeling sick. They managed to keep me calm, even though I was afraid, thanks to their constant attention.

I cannot but appreciate the sterling service being offered by the airline staff who provide an excellent service on behalf of the national airline. These are our ambassadors who not only carry out their duties meticulously but also ensure that all their passengers enjoy a safe and comfortable flight.
