Form 3 students from 30 State and other schools took part of the third edition of ‘Maths Venture’, a mathematics-related competition held at 15 locations in Vittoriosa. At each location the students were given tasks involving maths linked to historical aspects of the surrounding buildings or location. The event was won by a team of students from St Joseph School, Blata l-Bajda, and St Margaret College Secondary School, Verdala. The competition was organised by the Mathematics Section of the Department of Curriculum Management in collaboration with Heritage Malta and Vittoriosa local council.
