FARRUGIA. On May 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, FRANCIS, of Gżira, aged 70, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He will always be loved and remembered by his daughters Tania and her husband Alan and Francesca, his son Stuart, his grandchildren Amii and Zach, his brothers Lino, Antonio, Vittorio, Bruno and Benito, their families in Canada, other relatives and many friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said tomorrow at 9am at St Francis of Assisi church, Birkirkara, followed by interment at Mosta Cemetery. The family would appreciate if, instead of flowers, donations in his name are sent to the Arka Foundation, Triq il-Mogħdija, Għajnsielem. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

VASSALLO. On May 15, at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre, FRANCIS (of Tivoli Cinema), aged 91, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Maria and Lawrence Mizzi, Tonia and Pippo Giuliano, Teddy and Natalie, Jill, widow of Joe, his grandchildren and their respective spouses, his great-grandchildren, his sister-in-law Melita, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre today at 7.45am for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. The family would like to thank the staff at RW7, Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre, for their kindness and dedication. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
